My father was rear ended a year ago. The bitch didnt even slow down at all, went 50mph right into the back of his truck. (some group of ******** stopped in the middle of the road for no reason) It bent his frame up a foot, and fucked up the minivan that hit him, cracked the engine in two. Now he is going to have to get surgery in his neck because of a pinched nerve. He cannot lift anything or even throw a baseball. These people should get in sewed, not people that tap eachother.



BTW the insurnce company bought a new frame and bed for the truck, and just put everything else that wasnt wrecked on the new frame. How much does that blow??

You stated you disagree, so what it is? You've never really said, quoting me saying something sarcastic about her accent means nothing, the reality of it is I didn't... it was a joke, she did act like a bitch... that's not a joke. If you're indicating I did not handle it like an adult, by joking about slapping here 4 hours after it happened, then you don't make a lot of sense... no you just don't make any sense.



Basically the only reason that I can figure you posted was to bust my *****... well congrats, you've made me feel shittier about the whole thing.

Ok I've given this even more thought and I don't get it.



Here's the example I have in my head.



You post a topic called "Went to the Buffet and ate a ton"



The topic entails how you ate a shitload of food, had a great time, etc, etc...



Now, I post a reply that says "It makes me sick to watch people stuff their faces at buffets, people that do that should be taken out and shot for being a waste of oxygen".



Now, am I just expressing an opinion, or did I just bust your *****? I busted your *****, you can't just make a post in a topic and comment on the situation and "say I hate people that do the thing you just did, without busting their *****".



Personally I take offense to the indication that I don't own up to my mistakes. i certainly don't claim to be a beacon of saint hood and I've made my share of mistakes in life (****** a) but I always own up to them and I always try to take something awy from them of value.

 

A few years ago when I was drivin the B2600i Truck I was drivin around in Hollywood.. Comin around a curve the traffic suddenly stopped and so I stopped too but since I was pickin up momentum goin into the curve I could not stop in time.. Ended up plowing into the back of a Brand new Nissan Altima..



I get out of the truck and go look at the damage.. My two lil screws that hold my plate on in the front scratched his bumper.. he got out and came to the rear of his car looked and said.. "thats cool, it nothing.."



I said "YOu sure?" He said "yeah".. So we both got in our vehicles and drove away.. No biggie..



My dad once bumped an old guy like that.. and the guy gets outta the car.. glances in the rear and immediately starts askin for his info and all that ****.. Nothing happened to the car.. Pops cooperated and gave up all his info to the guy, but he kept being a dick and didn't wanna let my dad get his info.. How strange.. SO my dad says fine lets call a cop and get a report made.. Cop gets there and is obviously on my dads side since nothing happened to either car. the cops start askin if they exchanged info and my dad tells him he did, but the guy didn't want to..



Cops tells the guy he was not gonna make a report for him to file a false claim so he could leave right now or get his **** towed.. How cool is that.. hahahha.. The cop told my dad even if the guy took him to court, once he told the judge the guy didnt give up his info, the case would be won by my dad.. Gave him a card and his phone number incase something came up..

 

So are you implying that phins was did not take responsibility for what happened?
