I'm not even going to worry about it, I would have to tell you where the scratch is to even be able to see it.

First off she stopeed short, still my fault, but as I mentioned, she didn't have to be a bitch, I wouldn't be a dick about it and if the person wanted to pay for it out of pocket to avoid an insurance increase I would let them. Keep in mind there was no damage to either.

Accidents DO happen, no reason to be an ******* about it. Someone hit my Dad last week, there was no damage so he didn't even take her info. I assume you would be an ******* and hop out of the car holding your kneck LOL?

Very true. Sometimes being an ******* just makes things worse.

Here's the way I see it, guy hits my car in a parking lot, drives away, that's an ******* move. Guy hits my car in the parking lot, sticks around to give me his info, why would I be a dick to him? He accidentally bumped my car, **** like that happens, not like he did it on purposr, why bust his *****? Just remember what goes around comes around, you want to be an ******* because someone accidentally you're the type of guy people don't wait around to give insurance info too No reason to bust someone's ***** for something you can't change.

stopping short is stopping all the same, if you can't handle it without tapping them, you're riding too close.

and yeah, i get pretty pissy when people around me drive irresponsibly and expect them to take responsibility for what they do to my car, even if it is a scratch.

and no, just because i disagree with you doesn't mean that i'm a money grubbing lawsuit fiend.

I made this post, which says I fucked up, i didn't say she fucked up, I did say she was a bitch about it and she didn't have to be, that's a fact, she didn't have to be a bitch about it, she could have said, well there's no damage, but let's exchange insurance anyhow, or something to that effect.

I could care less if someone taps my car as long as they own up to it, it's the ******** that drive off that **** me off.

You can bitch all you want about following too close or whatever, it doesn't mean there isn't an opportunity to handle it like an adult.

And even though I did **** up I can still vent about the increase in insurance and the fact I fucked up, but go ahead and bust my *****... ain't gonna make my rates go up any higher.
