he got accepted into the air force ceremonial band. which means hes moving to d.c. all i know is that he gets to play for the pres. and shizznit and thats what his rank is. i knew it was strict for him to get in.. i.e. no misdemeanors, not even a speeding ticket. he graduates the 21 and he'll be back the week after thanksgiving. he was in a rush because there were people waiting to use the phone

 

he was the best at his school. he fisrt tried out for the presidential band and he said that it was really hard, he didnt get accepted to that so he went air force.

 

but to get e-6, never heard of that

I just know way too much about the services and how they operate to believe that even someone with Prior Service in the armed forces could get put to E6...



Let's say I were to go to the Air Force right now... E-6 as I am. They would drop me to E5. Just because. THAT is why I find it hard to believe that someone can get E-6 just by talent... There's WAY more to it than that..



But like you said... You have no reason to make it up so maybe by some loophole he found (And they exsist I'm sure)



He'll be an E-6 with NO Time In Service....
