My cousin has ADD. He has always been spoiled since the day he was born. Unless he gets his way he is not going to even act interrested. If I was to go to a doctor I would bet money he would think that I was also ADD since I never pay attention in class or when people talk to me I think of other things. But does it affect my life? No.....I refuse to believe what other people tell me about my body.

I'm sure I'll offend someone out there, but I just want to preface what I have to say by saying that it's not my intention to insult anyone. It's all just a matter of opinion.
I think A.D.D. is a load of crap. It's just another method the doctors use to get people in their offices and the pharmaceutical industry helped create the need for their product by conspiring with those doctors and made this astonishing, new "disorder". Bullshit. It's all a ruse. People with a diagnosis of A.D.D. just need to quit screwing around and pay attention.

Personally I think there is a HUGE tendancy Dr's to over medicate in this country, it ****** amazes me that they won't prescribe vicoden with more then one refill, but you can get fungai medication for your foot which will cause liver damage by the case.
One other thing I have noticed, not having health insurance, they don't prescribe half as many meds.
My buddy about destroyed his liver with that new fungai ****, I just don't get it. Oh I've got a cough here, take some antibiotics, and here's some syrup and let me give you a shot.
My back hurts... well not much we can do about that, take tylenol

ADD is for pussies, real men have ADHD!!
Anyways I have ADHD, and some cases are BS but there are a few that arent. I'm not nearly as hyper as i used to be but i'm constantly getting distracted. For instance i was just outside mowing the lawn and finished the back yard so i came inside to get a glass of water so i dont dehydrate. I couldnt find a glass on top of the water machine so i went to the kitchen to get one and forgot that as i passed the office and got on the computer. I just now started to get thirsty and remembered that i never got my water so i get up go into the kitchen and end up opening up the refridgerator instead of the cabinet. Then i open up the freezer and see popsicles and grab one and walk outside and end up walking back inside to throw the wrapper away and now here i am back in front of the computer not mowing the lawn without a glass of water.
And on a side note i dont believe in meds. This is one of those disorders that you just have to train yourself out of. I'm still really bad at it but i'm much better than i was as a child.
