yeah it has NO oil, that would be why it's at ZERO oil pressure, the question is why do i only lose it under HARD acceleration, usually involving turns, If I drive normal no oil go bubye.........that was before, i put in 3 quarts just to get me to town, checked the oil at about normal range, started the car, 40 oil pressure, all good, warmed up the car, came back out, 0 oil pressure, revving it did not make it go up, so no oil again, BUT no pool of oil underneath, no smoke, no overheat.......I need a rotary again I just don't get pistons.....up down and all that

The only problem is that i'm driving a 91 Beretta GTZ, and if it were just sloshing forward then it would read right after sitting for 6+ hours and NOT be low on oil, the
gauge was a possibility but see basic troubleshooting below, and as for bypassing the
oil filter that could be a possibilty, but since i know **** about piston motors or rotary
even, and my Haynes manaul is ghey, i have no idea where to look or how to check, when i was accelerating hard it wasn't even WOT, about 3/4 throttle, just spinning the
tires and **** for the fun of it....
Basic Troubleshooting hrm.....
1. It's losing oil like it's going out of style
2. It's NOT IN THE CAR
3. It's NOT ON THE GROUND
4. It doesn't smoke, at all...
5. It only happens when I accelerate hard
6. The fluid that was leaking was brake fluid from an overfilled reservoir
7. It doesn't overheat
8. It doesn't run any rougher than it always has
9. It can't just be the gauge if it's low on oil
10. I don't see any defects in the oil pan (or oil filter for that matter....), nor does it
appear to be leaking at the gasket as it's not leaking on the ground...or oil filter
for that matter....
now any constructive helpo would be appreciated, make sure you read the posts in their entirety, thank you come again, and oh, by the way would u like fries with THAT!?

my gf had an old 89-90 lumina.. it did the same thing.. the oil pressure gauge would go from 40, and drop to 0 when accelerating .. i guess those cars just do that.. or its the gauge.. she drove it for a year before getting a new car, but that wouldn't explain the missing oil.. however, the car never blew up or anything with 150,XXX miles on it.. and still ran after it was traded in..
prolly didn't help..
ok...

actually that's more help that the rest gave me, thanx much, I called the place that did the tune-up and told em that I'm brining it up friday after work and that they're gonna find out what's wrong and they're gonna fix it, even if it's just a gauge......cuz it was
fine before they got it, and it took forever for them to do a tuneup (3-4 days) i wonder
if something didn't happen and they took the extra time to try and fix it without actually
telling me, as the kid that did my tune up isn't exactly Bright...

the chassis of my car has 202k, and the engine had 120k be4 it was put
into my car (great thing about small towns, i know who owned the car
's engine before it was put into my car, and i know it's maintenance records
as it was my best friend's mom's engine) and the engine has about 30k plus on it now, and I'm sure they were hard miles...
