weird fluctuating idle, not full electric..

could be check the wiring to ur fuse box, check fuses (although i dont know if theyd mess with the idle)

vac is usually first to go... fuses check after.. all else fails, blown alternator or battery, or engine itself... happy hunting!!

I'm going to say bad ground. I kinda know the story behind his car, so a ground is the most likly problem
