Help Virus Problem

whats up guys, i got a damn virus problem. I got it off a website some how and now whenever i restart i have this thing on my desktop that won't go away .. ill post a pic of what it looks like. Its like a ad that i can't remove. I thinks its in my run32.dll or whatever that file is called. what can i do ? thanks
