Well you know what, it doesn't matter. That is the bottom line. There are plenty of guys doing both without problems.

I use Castrol in the RX-7, use Valvoline 30 in VW's

I run Michelob Ultra in mine. I have no problems whatsoever, except the ocassional burp....

Castrol GTX 20w50 for me.



I could use synthetics, but i really dont think it makes that big a deal anyways. As long as you replace your oil on a regular basis you should be fine.
