I got 2 weeks in Hawaii coming to me in September, flying first class, staying in 2 different hotels on different islands

I cannot wait for that, relaxes me just thinking about it!

[quote name='phinsup' date='Mar 15 2005, 12:41 PM']I'd rather sail there on my own boat and visit the ports that DON'T allow cruise ship commando's who make every attempt to "soak up the local culture" in 2 hour gaps as long as they can still see their tacky cruise ship from shore no thanks

I've been in a few ports when the cruise ships roll in and granted it's a great source of entertainment, I can visit the same **** *** tourist traps here in Florida and save the expense. I hate tourist traps, my goal of a vacation is to get as FAR away from human beings as possbile, not to be stuck on a ship with them. My vacations include secluded areas, local taco stands and no gringos and don't ask me where cause I ain't tellin

WELL we chose to go on the cruise becuase we my first vacation with my girl and her parents was a cruise and for the same amount of money with there time share we got a better room (Balcony, queen sized bed, living room big bathroom =)) WE WERE PLanning to go to london but it was hard to get a exchange so we put it in now for next august so that we can get it.

Yeah i know what u mean but our cruise ship drops u off on the island at 8am and u leave at either 4 or 5pm. and we got two full days at sea so you get to enjoy the island and enjoy the ships. We dont get caught with those "Tourist Trap", i dunno what the means but we just go there see the local area round the ship then take a car and go on our owns or with a taxi driver round the island checkking out the island like we want seeing what we want and following our iternerary. But i really love and enjoy cruises.

We went aruba and to be honest being there for 1 week. I was pretty bored for a good majority of the time, no ******* night life. They had like one bar and it was so homo, so we just drank beer and talked BS and pick fights lol. But i went atv ridding around the whole island of aruba, went to the natural bridge, natural pool, gold mine, Ostrich farm, Jet Skiiing, Scuba Diving etc.... but it was a very CHILLAX relationship.

Well to each his own. I dig cruises cause i get to see islands for like 8 hours (more than enuff) and i get to see so many islands in one trip lol sounds like im a ill traveler.

Bout the suit. IM big pimping! (Very uncomfortable , but nice looking)

As I mentioned before I don't go on them at all, my point was not the old people, but the number of people, anyhow, this is banzai and I's argument, you take it too personally.
