Having to evict my renters!

Yea this is not fun at all, luckily they don't have many rights in florida, gotta get the place cleaned up and repair whatever damage and get it back on to the market, then I get to sue them for like 8k, sweet. I dunno what the rental market is like, but I know it's bad.

id tend to think with this market.. you might have better luck than sellin ..
thats a no brainer, I'd like to hold onto it until I am able to sell if for a profit, assuming that ever happens.

I understand a landlords point, but if people split up and leave because one cant afford the place isnt it better
then staying there for a few more months and not paying?
at least if gives the landlord a chance to rent to someone else.
I was thinking of renting my house out, I understand its a chance im taking and I might lose a few months rent or
have damage done to the place- its a gamble you take.
