what kinda work, do i need to know japanese? id fly over in a day or 30...

im not a hard working person, im a slacker, but the jobs, most, get done in a timely manner. i hate overtime, but will gladly stay late with out pay if something is not finished cause of my lazyness...

im not in charge of anyone cause i hate being in said position, but id go somewhere along firing one and promoting. that should get the message across. however firing the good worker might work in a sorta reverse psychology kinda way. specially if all are very secure that they wont get fired or if the job is too good and wont find another as good....

YES this is a Japanese job. Just something I see, no directly... BUT I have experienced it before.

I ask the Management why dont you do anything, well he was working hard before the new guys came here, so its the new guys turn to work hard. DUUUUUUUUHHHH

That was the most IGNORANT responce I have ever heard from a manager. I would have im introduced to the work and *****, but not make him do it all since the others were there before..... THATS JUST PLAIN DUMB! I mean like the guy never had a job before, so basically your treating him UNFAIR because he worked somewhere else and not here for his first job, thats what your saying...

DAMN what a dummy....

Just so you know the NEW guy is the hard worker.... incase you didnt pick that out of my messy paragraph...

I say reward the hard worker and express to him in words how much you appreciate him and his hard work. Tell him it does not go unnoticed then reward him with a promotion/raise and tthen give him a nice bonus to boot. Ask him if he thinks he could handle the additional work load caused by a jackass being fired then ask him which jackass he would like to see go.

Fire the jackass of choice then warn the other 3 that they will follow if they dont shape up. Put feelers out for 3 new employees because you just crushed their moral and will not improve. Look to replace the other 3 one at a time.

Then again I dont know if you should listen to me. I treated one of my employees like a MVP bought him a RX-7 Vert paid to have it inspected and repaired so it was at 100%. Lent him over $5K I knoew I would never get back to help him out of financial trouble. Then he started turning into a jackass taking advantage of me. He defied all logic.
