ruger mkII for target shooting. much better quality compared to other ruger pistols. .22's are cheap to shoot a few hundred rounds off.

colt python, .357mag. fun to shoot, well made, and you can also shoot cheap .38specials.

if you want a .44mag, i like the ruger redhawk.

i also was under the impression that the FN FS fired AP rounds, which is why they were illegal around these parts.

Although... I do know some people with one, but they are all LE.

I'm a big fan of my USP, I've fired HK, Sigs, Glocks, Walthers, Berettas, Lugers, CZs, Steyrs , FNs, and Taurus.

I hate berettas and taurus.

I'm a big fan of HK, FN & Sigs..

I held a Colt Officer's model, didnt get to fire it, but gosh it felt nice in the hand. The grip falls nicely in my hand and the weight is a lovely feeling

Fabrique National (probably spelled wrong) There are several FN's you can own legally just not the Five seveN.

Bummer

I didn't think of Ruger as I usually only think revolver when I think of them. My old Service Six was a wonderful piece until dad sold it to pay taxes.

A friend of mine had a blackhawk, liked it too.

Still Colt Python or Anaconda both really kick ***

And for the all the people who know DESERT EAGLE! DESERT EAGLE! MAGNUM! WOOT WOOT WOOT DAWG! there's always their BFR. I remember when Mangum Research made combat pistols, not "bling bling I'm such a bieg howmey" status symbols.

Ohhh and there's Calico Arms (Calico Light Weapons Systems). Do a search they're from my home town, I used to help them test new barrels and that "evil" drum clip.

The "assult weapon" ban drove them out of CA nd out of buisness for awhile. I think they're back but . .

you can carry a gun in your state?

if its for the house its ok, I dont like the idea of people carrying

handguns in thier day to day operations, unless you have

a business and have lots of cash on hand.

I prefer a 88 Magnum........ made for me special

Although I might change my mind after I shoot them, I like the Glock 17 (9mm) and Glock (21) .45 as of right now.

Guy here locally can get them, and most any other firearm, for 10% over cost.
