I go out almost every day that I can to look for races.

I really hate coming home without finding someone to **** with. It bums me out. I race people on the street all the time. Everyone does, even you Kevin. So stop pretending like you have never raced anyone on the street 'cause now we know your lying.

My family is from Ann Arbor and I hate going there. Its way to ******* cold for me.

I just don't see where the fun is here. When you go to the track, you expect people to give you some sort of competition, so you know that you have to drive well and that your car is running well. Thats where I have fun. A controlled environment where everything is percise and you can take your car as fast as you can. A street race get together just seems stupid to me. You know people are probally drunk and driving thier POS civic thinking it can run a 9 sec 1/4, so they try, puting your life in danger. If I see (or hear) a civic next to me on a highway and there aren't any cars in front of us, sure, I'lll take him. A few times at a traffic light I'll take off (never spinning wheels) and take them. I always let them take off first and just keep up with them so I can see whats around, if i'm good, I just drop it to 3rd and pass them.

I try not to put anybodys life in my hand except for my own.

And another thing. I hate you people who just look for a race. Thats about every honda owner I know of. If its respect your looking for, just try having a nice car tht sounds good. I have so much respect around here and I haven't raced any body around here. People come up to me and say how its such a fast car, its a nice sounding car and all. I don't even know these people. But, delivering pizzas all day gets boring, so I usually just accelerate quickly and speed a little.

i consider racing to be me sitting at idle, launching, and bringing it until one car shuts down or you need to come to a stop.

i dont do that.

launching, like jims said, simply gives you away to any cop and makes attention be drawn to you which is bad. I'll gladly run someone to 100+mph but only in specific places and specific times.

I've seen ******** try to race in traffic, go to use the shoulder and smack semi's that decided the kids racing needed a lesson. If anyone has a CB listen to them, the smei's prevent racnig more then the cops do it's fuggin' hilarious at times.

kevin.

i don't think we should glorify the semi's because people die when they run them off the road. Semi's are no more in the right, then the racers when they become vigilante's.
