Dude, the stalker approach never works.
You need to just walk up and ask her to have lunch/dinner/coffee or something. The fact that you would have the umm...audacity to just walk up and ask *should* be enough for any girl to say yes.
Unless you're just creepy. In that case work on the creepiness first.

i was just going to walk up and ask her out for something to eat BUT she was busy working the whole time so i couldnt. Hopefuly next time im up there she wont be busy and i can just walk up like i had planned.
