Yeah, those are the only techs I've ever had a problem with. I find that most techs are pretty competent. The smartest guy I ever met was a tech outside of Buffalo, NY. He had a quirk where he refused to order a new part until he attempted to fix the old one. He's the kind of guy that should train all techs.

yah i do that sometimes, try and make the old one work first. sometimes its just not worth the time though
