Banzai's turkey frying 101
We fry multiple turkeys at a time. Take the largest bird, insert in empty pot. Fill pot with water. Remove turkey. Mark water level and drain. Wipe water out of pot, fill with oil to mark. SIMPLE!

Yup, deep fried bird is good.
But down here in southern maryland our thing is fried oysters before the fried turkey.
