drug tests
#24
The best drug policy i ever ran into was at Tramco/BF Goodrich Aerospace.
It rocked, since you had to pass a test to get the job it was assumed you were drug free when you started, now the FAA mandates random testing, so if you get random tested, first offense is a week off paid, to clean up, come back and **** clean, 2nd offense was 30 days and a drug rehab program all paid for by the company and the third was another drug rehab program and 30 days company paid. Now their reasoning was that if you were clean when you started then the stress of the job drove you to drugs so they would try and clean you up LOL

Jason, You are one of the few examples of people who actually learn that being on Welfare is not a thing to be proud of. You have worked hard already obviously. I don't know the percentage of people that abandon welfare, but I am sure it is pretty large.
Hell, Ol Dirty Bastard used welfare or food stamps, and the guy had money.

Yeah it does suck the abuse that goes on, its because the government doesnt want to cause a rukus with the people on welfare since they are the majority in big cities like NYC where im from.

Jason-
where did I say ALL OF WELFARE?
The line about helping people who sit on thier butt DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU because you guys have improved yourselves.
of course I know there are people who need the help and fell on hard times, you and your family obviously made themselves better from it.
Meanwhile there are others who pollute thier bodies and use the system to feed thier addictions.
I did not say it everyone who is on it is bad, I dont know where you came up with that and frankly it is ME who is insulted that you would think that.
My bad didnt mean to cause no beef, just kinda reminded me of this chick in JHS that started popping off about how all welfare ppl be rocking fancy jackets with there welfare money, and i felt like smacking her.
I konw what you meant just typed up what i thought in that instant.
I apologize for taking this outta context iight rob

Holy ****, that's amazing!
Jason- You would be surprised that NYC is not that bad off compared to other places in the US. The places you normally don't hear about are much worse, but they are so small you won't hear anything about it on the news. Take Camden,NJ for instance, I told a couple of my friends about it, and they did not believe it is the crime capital of the US. They all though it was DC, B-more, and NYC.
kev- You can't give your opinion rememeber, you are censored.
