I've been helping a friend of mine take apart one of his proteges.

This was the point in time where his mood changed and we stopped cutting stuff.

i just turned in 5k lbs of brake rotors for about $250 ($5/100lb or something, i forget) just before xmas. shoulda seen the rental f-150, short bed, extended cab with 5,000lbs (aka 2.5 TONS) of brake rotors in the little bed, tailgate was like a few inches off the ground.

aluminum is great, $.60/lb for now. and copper rocks, had two copper rads wooo.

he wants the roof for his other protege

not that the other one is damaged, its just a sans-sunroof model. so he wants a sunroof for it

today we cut the front clip off

the idea for this parts car is to cut it up in tiny pieces, and slowly throw it in the scrap bin at work. take one piece per day.
