Damn, I wish I had known that about the asthma a while ago. The inhaler worked for me when I was choking, but I always had that "not being able to take a full breath" thing. So before band practice, I would take a deep breath, and slowly force more air in, to expand my lungs (that was my reasoning anyway). I passed out a couple times, and decided that wasn't best.

 

Ephedrine's original use is as a bronchial dialator / antihistamine.



It puts the fed in Sudafed!

 

hhmmm, good to know! Anyone ever hear of theodore (I'm not sure how it's spelled, but that's how it sounds)? I took that stuff for asthma when I was a kid, and had trippy hallucinations and freaky night terrors. I was just wondering if it's still on the market.
