eric will probably get fired. He was still ont he clock? if he was then he was still working..and last I checked...beating the **** out of a customer for them calling you names isn't part of the job. Plus, okay...he did say a fucked up thing to him, but its words...eric brought it to the next level by hitting him..thats all on eric...he should have charges brought up on him..so he can learn fuckign self control. The indian guy shoudl have charges brought up on him too..I forget the law, but they have something about using words in a derogitory(sp) manner that could cause fights. Also..cingular is ******* stupid..what the hell kind of policy is that? I used to have cingular..for over 3 years, but i dropped them because fo their shitty service(customer service and phone service) and when ever they would **** up..they would somehow try to amke it my fault...for example...I got charged 10 dolalrs for a internet downloading thing...dirtyhippo content or some ****. I never signed up for it..and they said that i must have text messaged to get it. MY PHONE DOESN"T ALLOW TEXT MESSAGES...its a older phone..yet they kept on saying that its my fault and refused to remove it.
so...bottom line..cingular sucks...your friend should have charges brought up on him..so should the indian guy. I hope you and your fellow co worker didn't lie to the cops either. the cops should get sued too..cause its not you friend's word against the indians cause there were witnesses..also..if he got the **** kicked out of him..its sort of obvious that someone hit him..also not making it word vs word.

I had cingular for 2 years.. worst reception iv'e ever had in my life.. like talkin on a walkie talkie..
have never had any issues with verizon which i've used for 4 years now.
