CRAZY NIGHT at work tonight, HAVE TO READ THIS

Alright so I work at Cingular in a full size store as a salesman. Anyway I was at my desk, the 3rd one back in the row of 4 desks,Audrey sits at the first, Eric the second. Anyway its about 5:00 PM EST and eric is just about to leave work since we was scheduled to at 5. He was a little bit late leaving because of the previous customer actually held him up for a little.
Anyway, at about 5, In walks one of Erics customers, an Indian fellow whom eric sold a phone to a few months previous. Supposedly, eric sold his son a Motorola V551 cell phone to use for a few days until the Nokia flip phone came into stock. Now our store has a 30 day return policy, and even if the phone is sold to just use in the mean time while another phone is on order, if it goes over 30 days the customer is stuck with the original phone. Simple as that.
So the Indian guy starts saying to eric that he was a bad salesman and that his son is rich and he could have bought any phone he wanted too, why did eric sell him the Motorola and say the Nokia would be in stock and so on. Eric trys to explain to the dude that the phone got backordered FROM NOKIA themselves since they were out of stock so fast and It wasn't anyones fault. The indian guy gets more and more offensive with eric and starts getting a little louder bashing both him and the company.
Next, the indian guy CALLS ERIC A "STUIPID ******". I could not ******* believe that he called eric that, and was totally shocked. The guy KEPT CALLING HIM "A stupid ******", "All you black people are ignorant", and just cursing him and yelling. Eric ******* EXPLODED, told the guy to walk outside and the guy said "OK".
They get outside and ERIC PUNCHES HIM IN THE FACE ******* HARD as hell knocking the guy over. The Indian is now on the ground cursing out eric STILL even as eric is on top of him ******* pounding his face. So anyway, we manage to get eric calmed down and the Indian guy starts yelling at me to call the police so I give him a phone. The cops come, they question me and audrey as well as eric and the indian.
Long story short, the cops didn't charge anyone with anything and told the indian that it was his word against erics (as well as mine and audreys), and the Indian told the cops hes sueing eric and cingular. HE TOLD the cops that he didnt call eric anything at all. I couldn't ******* believe it.
I just can't wait to go to court to shut this indian the **** up.
