prices are cheaper, october is especially rainy.



they say its not a bad rain, once a day, warm rain for a bit. basically like florida. or at least everytime ive been to florida.

yea definetely stay away from the tropics guys, i know i would appreciate it

you can get land cheap in the dominican republic, and land value there i think is getting ready to go up so its a good investment. just dont get on the governments badside, when i was there they bulldozed the #1 taxi company's fleet of taxis because they conducted an illegal protest

no i want some place with healthcare and a stable gov't. this isnt necessarily an "investment" purchase.
