This was a Pennsylvania cop so that would explain it.

Street racing with flaggers is pretty crazy...I watched a race on Interstate 81 where about 10 people almost got hit because they were wandering out into the middle of the road...not exactly the best thing to do on a major highway. There was also a kid who got hit and either hurt really bad or killed while flagging the race...when I race on the street, it's light to light...a little safer.
