I know if I were to nickle and dime my customers they would break my *****, but I dont, so my customers do
not even ask me how much, they just tell me to do it because they feel they are being treated fairly.
Nickle and dime them and then they start asking questions, they dont need to know that you used $6 worth of screws and
$5 worth of lubricants.
