I know, you've seen a million of these. "I need to get a TII, blah, blah blah" threads, right?

Well this one is not much different, except that I'm offering a finders fee! Yes, that's right . . the person (even if it's the seller) who locates me the TII that I purchase will get . . .drum roll please . . . . . $50.

Now, for the particulars:

I will not spend over $5k, no exceptions.

Any year okay, obviously S5's more desireable.

No TII conversions, must be factory.

Has to be mechanically sound (not perfect, but absolutely drivable . . no dead Wankels here people, I will not tow it home).

Would prefer original low miles engine, or rebuilt engine with documentation is acceptable.

Little or no rust prefered.

Paint should be decent (really the least of my worries).

No major collision history/body work performed.

No salvage/rebuildable titles.

Interior should be in good to great shape, I don't want to have to search the planet for all the little broken vent and trim pieces just to make the interior respectable because someone didn't treat it with care.

Can be modded or stock engine as long as it runs correctly (no fluid leaks please).

No premix, needs to have omp operational.

Must have emissions intact so I can pass PA (pain in the ***) emissions testing (visual test, can you say hollowed cat?)

Any color exterior/interior acceptable, prefer black exterior though.

Very much would prefer it to be from PA (makes title transfer etc. alot easier) but willing to travel a bit for the right car.

I have owned a TII before so I know what they are about, and know what I am looking for. I am highly motivated to find one of these in the condition that I've described. They are becoming a dying breed these days. I am passionate about these cars and it will be going to a good home, to be garaged and pampered if that makes any difference to the seller (sounds like I'm buying a pet doesn't it? )

It will not get riced out, raced or beaten. My intentions are simple: ressurect/keep alive a marvelous piece of Japanese engineering that I can enjoy for some "spirited" driving on occasion.

Well, I think I've described every last freaking detail that you've been bored to death in reading, but I am serious so please be serious in your responses. All leads greatly appreciated and the finders fee is no joke. Upon purchase of said vehicle, seller or finder will receive $50. I will Paypal it to you or hand you cash in person if you are the seller. $50 may not sound like much to some of you but it's more than you had before, and for very little work could be in your pocket (or pocket book?).

Respond to this thread, PM me or email me at nedlog23@yahoo.com.

Thanks,

Todd

Allrighty, since I can't seem to find a TII (yet) I'd also be willing to take an 84'-85' GSL-SE in good condition. Leather interior a must. I think leather was the norm, rather than the exception, but I believe I've seen a few that were cloth (cheap bastard original buyers ).

Okey dokey . . one last bump.

Finder's fee ends/is void with this thread.

Anybody?
