Have to do prevantive maintainance to the 1991 celica before driving cross country to LA. With 76k miles is time to change it than risk it. I hate doing the belt. At the same time did the water pump too. Is a pain in the ***, it kept slipping out of timing untill i got some some help. I let the car in the shop, I"m finishing it tommorow.



Now for the clutch next week. I think i'm going to go ACT, maybe for the replacement, Is not a HP car but i love the positive feel it provided on the 7.



Something you don't have to worry in a 7, the timing belt.

my sister threw a timing chain in her audi 1.8t



****** had to rebuild the entire head. Luckly it did not **** up the pistons..

After putting everything back in, there is some little leak, I think is the water pump seal. I must of not use enought sealant or the water pump is not seating right. I have to take everything out again to see.

 

Damn, that sucks.
