[rant]I set up for our office phone lines to be moved on Firday April 16th. I have a confirmation # and everything. BTW- Confirmation #'s mean squat.



A tech was supposed to be at out new office at 12 noon Friday. We even had beer and pizza ready for him.



He never showed. We waited until 1:30 then I called. They cancelled my order for no reason.



So now I open my office monday at 8:00 with no phones. They have fowarded the company phones to my cel phone for me. How nice!!



We have no fax line no DSL nothing.



I pray to god they have me up and running 1st thing in the morning. Or I am gonna be screwed.



My whole business runs off of the phones and faxes. This is gonna suck.



My cel phone message says:



Bellsouth has screwed up, yet, again and we have no phones. You call has been fowarded to Jims cell phone. We will do our best to answer all the calls we can please leave a message. You can try to fax but we are unsure how long that will work. Thank you for your patience.





Our fax machine is still set up at the old office. It still works but I think the power gets turned off on monday. So that is history too. For now we have to run down to the old office and retrive faxes during the day. Its about 5 miles away.

They have done so many bad things to me its not funny.



For 1 year I had no add in the yellow pages. They did it in spite becasue I was getting beligerant with them. To this day I have 2 phone #'s and 2 adresses even though I only have 1. They have a glitch in their system and it go to the point where I was yelling at them to get their **** straight. Legally I can get my liscense revoked for having 2 adresses and 1 professional liscense.



I have explained that to them to no avail. So every year I look in the yellow pages and just laugh. I managed to get the second #.

damn id kill someone. Its liek what i went through with aol, they canceled my acct at my request and gave me a conf #...a month later its still being charged, so i call them.



Aol: "why are we canceling your account today?"

"cuz you were supposed to do it a ******* month ago"

aol: "can i ask who is your new provider?"

"you just did, and no, you cant. what u can do is cancel my account"

aol: "at this time i would like to offer you a free month of..."

"no, you wont. you'll cancel my ******* account"

aol: "Sir if you use that language i will end this call"

"fine, end it. End my account while your at it"

aol: "ok i am shutting the account down i just some more information"

"fine."

aol: "so what do you like to do online?"

"what the ****? why do you care? i look at pronographic pictures of your mom and your 4 year old sister"



they hung up on me after the guy curesed at me and i exploded. Account got canceled tho.
