Saturday night I played football, had a great gane. 2.5 sacks, 8 tackles, we blocked four field goals. Anyway, after the game the after party is at a local club, we are required to go. It was ******* cold in there. I think the combination of my body being very tired, dehydrated (it's over 100 here everyday), and the extreme cold after pushed whatever cold I had to pnuemonia.

Feeling pretty good today. Went out for the first time tonight, saw S.W.A.T. (was good, not great). But I still get tired pretty easily.

Thanks for the kind words.

Sounds like a recipe for catching something.

cold, tired, and close quarters with a whole lot of people for a few hours in the club.

Glad you're feeling better. I suspect the physical exhaustion and the close proximity to lots of people pretty much caused your illness. I've noticed for years that when I start to come down with a cold, its usually right after a really hard workout.
