For nikki carbs, just plug the bigger of the two fuel hoses going to the carb on the driver side of the engine to keep it from flooding....but why bump start? just plug the fuel and crank that ****!

Change your plugs. I keep a set around just to do the ATF thing.

I'll never put ATF into any of my engines. I think it was Bobrx7 that originally posted the 'ATF treatment' thread on a different forum. The bads outweigh the goods when pouring a fluid that doesn't like to be burned into your engine. Catalytic convertors can be ruined for one thing.



ATF wouldn't have done any good in my low compression 20B. That's why I used MMO in it.
