How much to use is really up to you. Its sort of a trial and error..a good place to start is put about 1/4 of a quart bottle in each housing...spin the motor and let it sit....it really shouldn't take all that much, it just depends on how much saturation you want...but don't put the entire quart in one housing, lol...it'll take a while to get the motor start and you will be having LOTS of smoke...I know this for a fact

The ATF should regain some compression that your motor may have lossed over time. Also, you probably won't need a new O2 sensor..just new plugs. If you have an old set of spark plugs, use them...because this will foul the plugs up. As far as clearing up the smoking...this may help a little, but the motors smoke because of oil or coolant leaking through, not because of compression. As for the flooding, this is a typical problem of Rx7s with age. A set of new or professionally cleaned injectors should fix that problem.
