I'm just getting back into lifting (thanks to my gf's other present...pics to come) so I'll give that a try.

Take a solid metal pipe and join two 13B short blocks together and you'll have 440lbs to bench with.. :-) ..



Seriously you need to figure out what your looking for when you join a gym. Muscle size and power or marathon man..

ive been doing power yoga for 3-4 months, and its nice. i'm streched out, stonger, and i can stand on my head.



between that and swimming i'm tired!

I wish I had access to a lap pool. I felt so good last semester when I could jump in the pool 2 or 3 times a week. True, I didn't always enjoy it, but the payoff is definitely missed.



I do yoga on rare occasions, usually if I've pulled a muscle. Do you do power yoga at home or in a class/gym setting?

its a class. we have a good teacher too, every class is different. its hard to get into a rut like that, so far

But, can you blow yourself yet??





Actually I just picked up a Yoga DVD and plan on starting it tomarrow morning.



My knee is so jacked it sucks. I tried to do some leg extensions and its hurts. I think I am going to head back to the doctor if it doesnt get any better.



Its good to be back in the gym I am forcing myself to make time for me.
