Anyone Work Out
#1
I've gone on and off to the gym for the past few years. Since January of '03 I have hit it pretty hard, gaining 14 lbs. in the process. I now work out with 80 lbs. more on the bench and 50 lbs. more when curling. Those are the two I can recall right off, anyhow.
Sometimes, a lot of times, it's a pain in the *** to make time for the gym but when not only yourself but other people notice the gains, it makes it worth it in my book.
Just wondering if anyone else is into it or not.

Started to work out again. I have gained 90 lbs since high school, 10 years ago. I have no job and no responsiblities and a free gym to use in my complex. Might as well use it. I go 5 times a day and spread out my works out thru those days. I'm starting to feel the changes, i' have lost 3 pounds, is all down hill from here.
Is easier to stay in shape than get back in shape. This should improve my power to weigh ratio too on the 7
The hardest part is motivation.

I worked out hard core in highschool. Well until I tore my shoulder muscle wrestling. Now I do at least 3 times a week (6 years later). The bad thing is I still only weigh 135 lbs.... Damn genetics! It is nice to be cut though....

I've gained like 5 lbs since HS and it's been like 9 years. Right now, I'm up to 132, but have ranged from as high as 140, down to 115 (in TKD).
I bet with a little motivation, I could get back down to my HS weight (124-127). Even if I don't, my power to weight ratio ownes!
