I play racquet ball for about 30-45 mins then I workout. I don't really work out my legs independently...the racquetball takes care of that...



M&F I do my chest...a few sets of dips and 12-10-8-6-12-12 of freeweight bench presses. The best way to build up muscle. Start out with something light your first time, because you should be able to complete that routing, adding 5lbs for each set of 6. Then do 12 of what you did 10 at and then 12 of something with really light weight that works out the same muscles.



TR and Sat I do curls and dips with the same pattern.



I do abs everyday I workout.

try www.thepumpingstation.com they have different routines, and they have a printable version of their workouts so you can just input your max in each lift and it will do the calculations for you for your lifts. do cardio everyday if you wanna lose weight, and more cardio when you're not lifting weights

I'd figure out what you want to do also....define or bulk. Adjust the plan accordingly. To define/build endurance do lots of reps at lower weight and lots of cardio. To bulk do lower reps at higher weight and eat like a fuggin horse (Ripped Fuel does kick *** too!!)! It depends what you're starting with too. If you're kinda big/fat you should probably just cut and see if you're happy with the size once the fat comes off. If your a skinny guy then just bulk and you'll probably stay defined as well. I'm a big fan of free weights (bench, chest flyes, curls, military press, squats) and just doing things with your body weight (pull/push/sit ups, dips). Not to sound like a *****, but you should stretch a lot too. It helps you heal and is gonna make sure that you don't *** yourself up when lifting heavy. I like to lift with a friend too, that way they can yell at you and call you a fukin slacker ***** bitch when you want to quit on that last rep to give you the motivation to get one more.

When I worked out there was no "weight gain" formula crap, just 3-4 hours of working out with abotu 30 minutes of straight running on the treadmill...

I'll concur with the stretching bit. Stretch before and after, it helps SOOOO much.
