Anyone Here Work Out?
#5
There are some good routines on www.bodybuilding.com as well. Starter routines through advanced. All depends on whether you're looking to get cut or get big. I've got a few I can write out for you depending on what you're looking to do.

I do 25 min cardio when I get in the gym
Then about an hour of upper
Next day same thing except I'll do an hour of lower body.
If you don't lift much that is fine so long as you do the cardio.
Then low weight, high reps with three sets of each. You'll be good.
I'm not into ripped fuel but it does work.
Try L glutamine.

Im bigger then martin !!
thanks for all the replies. im just a lil stumped as i walk into a gym, since i have no idea of where to start. i used to do a lil lifting back in high school, but nothing serious. i just need something on paper, so that when i do start going, i can just walk in do my cardio and then say, off to the bench or off to the leg press, instead of "hmm, what shall i try today???". which has been what ive done the last few times. then since i dunno what to jump into i leave....lol
