I just called her brother let him know what was going on and i was leaving for a while, that i thought thats whats best for her and everything. So i guess monday i leave for georgia! From there ill probably bounce around from state to state a while and try to not be sober. Got to make up for all the time i lost drinking being with her!

Let me throw my little tid bit into the mix.................Personall I don't feel you need to pursue this any longer, because there are further complications that you will encounter.
I have some question I will ask you to address but also I will explain why I asked them also:-
Q:How old is this girl? How old are you?
A: She cold not be that old that 1) her parents are very concerned about the fact that she might become sexually active; meaning she is not old enough to decide on things of that nature. 2) You stated that you were a few years older than her and you were friends with her brother for many years. My take on that is that you watched this young child flourish into a young woman and now you desire to be with her. Not good, not good. What does her brother think of you dating his younger sister (If he knows)?
Q: Her current boyfriend is an *******, you say! What is the reason for you saying that?
A: Because he is with her and not you! According to you he provides greater security than you are able to offer her now at this time. Being this young and not being free to do the things you want, especially with a woman means you will have to live with strict guidelines and the consequences.
What is going to happen when nature gets in the way.......You are both chillin and she says she love you (maybe because you bought the beers) she want to kiss, cuddle, she is getting wet you standing at attention. What would you do then?...............Would you tell her that her mommy and daddy doesn't want her to do that. I for sure would rip that *** on the other hand you would be a sappo.
Conclusion:- those are the two major issues that tell me this will not work out. My suggestion! Avoid the complications you have a whole life of complications to deal with.
I could go on and on but don't think you want to hear it too much more.
So just leave it alone.

2.) She has told me, i only go off of what i hear and what i hear is not good things. If shes happy with him more than me its perfectly fine with me however the other night she made it clear she wanted to be with me so now im confused. She feels secure with him becuase she has been with him a while, even though the realtionship sucks she knows it will be there. With me the other problems could get in the way. She actualy doesnt like for me to drink and asked me to stop a while ago and i did for her. So your idea would never happen, If she came onto me i dont know what would happen but i would never intend to do anything she might be able to regret later in life.

You know what my father told me at that very tender age? Son go sow you seed and don't get serious about girls this early in life. 
Falling in love is something you might not be able to avoid because the wisest of us fell in love for the silliest reasons. Right now you should be getting familiar with the female anatomy, how to manipulate it and eat it, beat it. Be a RUDE BOY go have some fun.
You know there is one thing I learnt from all my escapades..........Some women have their ***** mounted way up front and some have it mounted way around back and some dead center. And you know what some are shallow some are deep, and they all require a different degree of handling. Tell you bout that next chapter. In the mean time go have some fun.
