[quote name='papasmurf' date='Sep 1 2003, 02:05 AM'] like that but also where the back window (hatch window) meets the pillar, the pillar should face the back of the car, not the front. "/" not like "\" the way it is now..

I dunno, Mazda shied away from the 3 rotor in the past due to its size and center of gravity impact (longer than a two rotor) . . I speculate a 15b two rotor supercharged beast based on Renesis side and center plates.
yeah the 3 rotor, is big and thirsty. i wanna see em make a 10a or 12a based 3 rotor, that would be sweet, you'd the get torque and smoothness without as big of a mileage and wieght penalty

yeah a 3 rotor 12a, turbocharged of course. I'd say you could put down 300 reliably. That's where the new 7 needs to be.

some brit mag at books-a-million called Autocar has a two-page article on the "supposed" next RX-7. not sure what their sources are, but codenamed J77 the 7 will be shorter but wider than the 8, powered by a tuned version of the renesis w/ wider rotor chambers, enhanced cooling, 1.6L(?), and higher redline...300bhp naturally aspirated, possible supercharged version. they have a pic but it's their own cgi interpretation.

dunno if this is old news or more bad rumors (but it sure did get me excited,LOL)

exactly like that...

now just to make the rear hatch window end closer to the pillar (give an illusion of more "trunk" like the fd has) and i would wonder why people wouldnt buy the thing... it also seems to be fun to manipulate pics...

for the pop ups, just look at some side shots of an 02 ws6 and youll get the idea on how they should look (both have the front stick out father than the lights and are a more 2003 type of pop up.) by the looks of those lights, they would pop up at a 55degree angle (kinda steep angle) and make for a very small light shroud (fd's are kinda large, but the ws6 etc.. has a wider pop up and not as large.)

if u know what im saying, great!!

great work so far!
