that and there is a clearance issue with the intake manifold the FC has less than the FD. but since the RE has a manifold a little diffrent than both you can fit FC & FD parts on the RE. The turbos are a little smaller on the RE also. Since you are now doing the shop thing what do you think it run me to get a down pipe made for my project? current set up is hks stainless, turbonetices t04e, turbonetics racing waste gate...yes I know the turbonetics is a 2 bolt and the hks manifold is a 4. I had the holes on the manifold extended so I have a few options on placement. i'm just looking for a quality manderal bend or cut weld downpipe thats 3". on yes the turbo is not set up for v band, its standard 4 bolt. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/index.php?...&hl=13b+re+toys here is a link to some of what I have.
It will be pretty hard to make a downpipe without actually having the manifold on a car HERE at the shop. It's really tuff to guess the placement of the turbo on the motor without it..

I'll see if I can find someone with that manifold to bolt to a motor.. If not, would you be willing to send it? I'll take the price for shiiping out of the cost of the fabrication, and cut out some more for letting us use it for R&D as I'm sure there are other FC owners that have that manni and would like a DP. Normally, we jig up a cut/weld pipe, then send it off to be copied on a mandrel bender. The flanges are the easy part.

Let me know and I'll see what I can do.

Not a problem on the shipping just asking some questions. I know all about the military life bud, I am full time Air Force myself.

I finally got my official E6 paperwork today!

Do you mean half now and half when you receive it?

Yep, that's the TO4R installed on my car.

Please note: I forgot to add we currently aren't offering a charge pipe for the kits (Compressor to IC) as there are just TOO many variables. The easiest thing I've found is to use the stock elbow from the lower IC outlet and connect it via a straight 2 3/4" pipe like seen in the pic I posted. Works great and offers lots of movement for fitting.

You CAN get a 2.5" tight radius aluminum elbow welded to the compressor housing to allow the use of simply a straight pipe and 2 couplers, but the elbows are 45.00 and to weld them is another 50.00. Therefore I recommend getting creative..

I can do half up front and half before ship, yes. I'd rather not try to take half AFTER ship... cause, well... You could just take the stuff and run! lol I suppose I could also COD the second half too.. Whatevers convenient for you guys. I'll do what I can.

paypal is Davincimotors@aol.com

and the addy is (For checks please allow 2-3 days for clear):

DaVinci Motorworks

314 N Illinois

Belleville, IL 62220

PM me with any orders before you send any money so I can get everything documented so your orders are all correct.

P.S. No big rush.. I'll leave this go as lons as I can for NP.com

Fair enough. I'm not in it for the money though... Believe me. I started this thing because I like the social interaction, and I love cars. I'm staying fulltime military to pay the bills.. This is for fun.

I'm working on getting the Fab guy (Ron) to mod the welding jig for the option of the return dumptube. Might take a few extra days to do it and source the parts, but I'll make it happen.
