The wastegates for these are (forgot to mention) a replica HKS. We also offer TIAL 35mm gates, but not with these kits, as the TIAL gates are more expensive. The replica HKS are awesome. We put 2 of them on different singles and have nothing bad to report. They hold boost all the way down to 7psi (farthest weve tested) and hold steady up at 18+. I know how some people are about knockoffs... so, if for some reason you don't trust me, I'll add the TIAL for as cheap as I can.
You said the Tial 38mm is $200.00 I might go with that if instead of the HKS knock-off. I always liked how the HKS looks but the price is a little sweet for my blood right now.

I honestly can't feel the difference in the divided and undivided... But people really go crazy about the divided tang. housings..

Whats the cost of the HKS knock off? I imagine if you are confident in its ability, then you have no problem offering replacement or repairs if it messes up.

I'll do what I can to keep the prices down, just remember that I can't go TOO low.. Otherwise I'll be paying you to take them from me LOL..

If the kit was ordered, how soon would it be available to the end user, meaning do you have it on the shelf for shipment or do the kit pieces have to be ordered and sent to you first. Also can we get a few pics and specs on the manifolds being used? I am kind of curious on the wall thickness, and if the flages for the divided and undivded will be on the manifolkd as well

After ordering, the kits shouldn’t take more than 2 weeks to be delivered, however I said 30 days due to a previous shipping incident that caused a headache at the other forum.
I’ll get the pics and specs of the manifolds as soon as I get back to the shop (Full time Army, so try to bear with me) The manifolds are a copy of the Ebay manifold. We get them pre-cut but not assembled, so we can weld the flanges to fit the different turbos. Many think the manifolds are OBX and they aren’t. I’ll measure the wall thickness as soon as I can. I have YET to see any failed manifolds. As for the wastegate flanges: We weld the TIAL flange on top of the HKS flange when a TIAL gate is used in place of the HKS. Reason: the Diameter of the hole in the TIAL flange is too big for the piping and there isn’t a way to weld it to the manifold. I did this to mine and at least 2 other cars with no ill side affects. Still looks clean and the gate sits WELL above the subframe.
Normally, we don’t use dump tubes. I didn’t really notice much of a difference in sound, but some prefer it.. I’ll have to check to see what kind of effort goes into doing this.
All the manifolds are divided.
