Unhappy

I purchase a jdm S5 engine to go into my '88 TII and it came complete engine turbo, intercooler, all accessories and ecu with uncut wiring harness. I know there are some differences on the car wiring side and the air meter side. I just need some more specific details as to what those differences are and the easiest way to resolve them. Any help would be appreciated.

I am pretty sure all you would have to do is extend some wires on the harness because the jdm harness is shorter than the usdm harness after soldering and tape you can plug in the ecu. Thats what my buddy did. I am almost done with my wiring on the s4 na to s4 t2.
