Not wanting to start a riot or anything but go to www.torquecentral.com if you want info. I just finished my LS1 FD. There is a guy over there with a LS1 FC named Mark from Alabama that is a good guy. Also check www.hinsonsupercars.com I think he does FC subframes too. Thats where I got my modified subframe from.

How the hell did you overheat your FC six times? WTF is wrong with you? ARe you blind so you can't see your temp guage? My car hasn't overheated EVER even with a blown heater hose I was able to maintaine a low enough temp to get to autozone and get it fxed. Its always the unfortunate 7's that get bastardized by these V8 guys.

keep in mind that you're dealing with a car that is more than a decade old.... of course you're gunna have problems.... and an easy way to fix that over heating thing.

replace your radiator and all the hoses that come with it..... you'll be fine... if you plan on doin a v8 swap, save your money for an FD

I have a suggestion, if u want a Lt1 or an Ls1 engine, go get an f-body. I'm just happy though ur not talking about swapping a skyline or a supra engine in the fc

i didn;t think i was coming across as a jerk, i thought i just suggesting something. Anyways...... the ls1 camaros are cheaper now cause they over stocked the last year and didn't sell too much. With the money ur gonna implant a new engine in an old car, might as well get a whole new car.
