Looks good, it's not a complicated process. That pic makes it looks like steel which reminds me - keep an eye on it because I've seen baffles with cracks in them from vibrations etc. Probably wouldn't be good to get chunks of metal in your sump.

Its zinc steel but is very flexible, like 18 or 23 guage, can't remember. Should be ok right, got it from home depot.

Mine kinda looks like that. I has a few less holes but a few strips going down the middle.

I went to the metal supply store and got some aluminum sheet metal. It was cheaper than and bigger than the piece I got at home depot.

Well I'll take a another pic when I take it apart today. I don't have my head together. I forgot about upgrading the rear regulator so is coming out again. I'm getting good at this oil pan thing. I think I almost got the right amount of sealant and torque to use. LOL

Every thing is in, Aluminum baffle now, some good stuff / import color.

I also put in a modified FC oil pressure regulator.

I tried to put back just like the RE one with one of the whole facing down. This one almost made it to the down position, can't tighten it more to turn it. Is like 45 degree off from complete down, is that ok?
