Ah, I didn't know that. Thanks. I do see that the Turbo II has a different oil pump (and perhaps the front cover is different also). I've got a S4 turbo and manifold with all the hoses still intact.

Hopefully I'll get a lower manifold this weekend (trying to wait for better weather).
If you take off your front cover you can modify it for the oil return. Otherwise you can go to the oil pan.

hey dac i'm going to try your maps on my engine for a starting point, i have 4 550's but it's street ported and S5, wish me luck

i've also got some hitman maps from kindof similar setups i'm going to check out, if only I could get my timing light to work with the magnecor 10mm wires i'd be out playing with it right now.

hrm, i'm using a derivative of dacs map right now, it starts and idles but revving is not too happy, let the tuning commence. I think theres not enough fuel, hopefully my 1 wire o2 sensor will be of some use.

dac, i'm not sure if it just loaded wrong or what, but your post cold start correction temp was 75 below, this fucked me up I was trying to getm y car started and the temps were around 74/75 and man i had to datalog cranking and saw 4 5 4 4 5 8 4 4 5 8 4 8 4 5 8 ms.. there was tihs random 8 getting thrown in and it kept flooding i have no idea how many times i pulled plugs, finally seva stopped by and started flipping through the manual, then asked me about the post start thing, we checked the #'s and saw the coincidence in the temps shown in the datalog and the temp value for the post start correction. Lowered it to 60 or something after the final unflooding, cranked, sprung to life and idled like a monster.

you might want to check that out on your setup, maybe it doesnt get cold around you or something or that setup works for you... i'd love to hear any input on this.

Thanks I'll take a look at that. How's it running?

I'm not sure if I have made changes since I did that map. I think my motor could be stronger, but haven't had a whole lot of time to work on it... Especially since I moved into an apartment

well, it starts easy and idles a bit hairy... won't rev, bogs, and if i try to convince it to higher rpms slowly it starts smoking, i think the throttle pump settings are too rich, i havent messed with it though as my alternator is not hooked up yet and no thermofan... so it gets hot pretty fast doing the no-load tuning. I'm going to button up everything else then return to tuning now that i've confirmed the harness works etc.

What fuel pressure are you running at? Mine is adjustable and I wasnt sure what to set it at using your maps, wasnt in the description

I'm afraid the maps arent a good match for my setup, but at least it starts and idles, thats a great start. It's just with the porting/t2 housings, 550cc low impedance lucas injectors, individual throttle bodies, and whatever other customizations I've forgotten it just doesnt run quite right. It's ok though, tunings the fun part right?

I'll keep you posted once I get to spend more time tuning, theres alot more to do.

I want to start working on my Tunning.

Anyone know what to run for Rotor Timing Split on a N.A. ??

I'm also running pretty linear on my timing advance also.

Anyone else running a 13B N/A with a Haltech.... Lets share maps.

Thanks, Dave
