whats up

i'm going single turbo next month

my setup is:

T70BB .84 A/R

Race ported motor

1300s and 850s controlled by PFC. (no datalogit yet )

my question is: can i use my current twin turbo map just to get me to my tuner 300 miles away. i will not drive it hard at all, i understand that 10 psi on a T70 is ALOT more than 10 psi on my NS twins.

is the car going to run lean in the vacume part of the map?

Tuning vacuum is SO easy... I wouldn't even touch boost on the way to you tuner.. If you changed porting/injectors vacuum will definately be different between the 2 setups, but vacuum is easy to tune.

the PFC is already tuned to the new ported motor and injectors with the twins ( AFR in the 10s).

should i get the datalogit and just add about %15-20 more fuel , if i wanted to test everything ( WG and clamps for leaks) before driving to my tuner. i'll most likely run a 10 psi spring on the WG.

Vacuum should not be any different between the 2 just because you switched turbos. Just stay out of boost the 300 miles, I don't see why you want to take the risk????
