I have read in a few places that a ping reading under 60 is safe.

Is this for basic ping or advance ping or both ???

My basic and advanced read totally different.

Just installed the PFC 3 days ago , but these are the readings I have so far

At idle ---

Basic moves around between 1 and 20

Advanced moves between 0 and 1

During normal driving (no boost , rpm under 4k) ---

Basic will go up to 150

Advanced will only go up to 14

Is this normal ???

Which one needs to be below 60 ???

(I hope not both)

K&N , straight through exhaust , wp and alt pulley ,

A/F = 12 at idle , 14 at vacuum , 11 at boost

i will be tuning this weekend and mapping to see which squares are getting the high knock , i was only looking at the max hold before

sounds like you have too much too little fuel and too much timing in some places.....also make sure you don't have a boost leak that will cause high knock #'s
