Does anybody know what the formula is to convert speed to RPM for the 3rd generation? My dyno runs were all HP to speed rather than HP to RPM and I'm trying to convert.

Thanks.

No formula but old fashioned maths:

Convert your mile per hour to feet per minute

Measure the circumference of your tyre. Most accurate way is to mark tyre & floor, roll 1 rev , mark again. Measure distance between marks.

This gives you feet per revolution. Divide this into your feet per minute.

This will give wheel rpm. Multiply this by your final drive ratio.

Assuming you were dyno'd in 4th (direct, which you should have been) you now have your rpm at the speed you converted to fpm

EASY! *pours drink*:bigok:

Try this spreadsheet I made. It's fairly close. After you download it, just chop off the ".jpg" I had to add on there to trick the forum upload thingy.
