My buddy own an 87 turbo II that he let's me race sometimes i launch at about 3500, but you also have to let off or else it will just spin all the way through first, then most of the way through second, quite a bit in third, oh yah coming into forth, if you're not careful you'll end up sideways. That car is f*cking awsome, air filter, dp 3" exhaust- straight through everything, and a fuel cut defense, and bov, stock in every other way; and it runs 12.9's with him driving, 13.4's with me behind the wheel.

Those are bad numbers for just startin at the track...you'll be in mid 14s before ya know it...you've got to find your "click"...when you've hit the light just right and you balanced enough power for the launch but not too much to sit and spin..

Sidewinder..you ran a 14.5/7 in a stock T2???? That is something to be proud of! You must be a good driver...

Can't wait til I can post my times
Yeah, i have the time slip somewhere around here, i'll scan it wheni find it. I posted the time slip numbers awhile ago. If you search under my name ... Yeah, i had a 2 second reaction time because someone called me right as my light turned green, and i looked away to find my phone. lol... i still beat the guy ... he was in a firebird. And i ran a 14.5 .. totally stock. I wanted to see what my times were stock, so i could see them progress as i got more mods.

450 millimeters of mercury = 8.7015493psi on the stock gauge

(Ref: http://www.ilpi.com/msds/ref/pressureunits.html, using Torr as your units)

Cut off occurs at this number, but depending on which RX7 site you go to its different?

http://www.rx7-uk.co.uk/mycar.htm (8 psi cut on a 91)

http://www.teamfc3s.org/info/articles/fcd/diy_fcd.htm (8.6 psi cut)

from others I've heard it's about 1psi above stock. (8.5?)

The first site said the had cut out after 8psi, poor guy...

Spike
8 psi? My ***.. im running 11psi and i dont hit fuel cut untill 12. 91 TII
