Thumbs down

Today I went to the dyno to tune my car. The best run that I had a print out of is 332rwhp. I'm using a HKS S-AFR to adjust the fuel. But right now I need larger injectors. The stock 550cc injectors are too small. It's running lean, but not dangerously so, unless I wail on it such as on a road course. It'll live until I can do it right. I have low impedance 720cc injectors, but I can't find the proper resistors to make them work. I think I'll go to RC Engineering to get some proper high impedance injectors larger than 720cc to be on the very safe side.

My car is an '89 T2 with a stock port engine. Intake, full 3" exh., 255lph Walbro fuel pump, Knight Sports FCD, HKS S-AFR, Profec B, and the turbo is "special" but essentially stock. It's a BNR Supercars Stage2 turbo with the works that started life out as a kouki T2 turbo that I picked up for dirt cheap in Japan.

No, I don't have a scan of the printout. I'll be going again next week to do some fine tuning with extra fuel. I'll have the larger injectors then. I tune it to last and not for power. But having the power is pretty cool

Thanks. I'll be back to the dyno next week to fine tune with more fuel. I'll scan and post those dyno sheets.
