What's new since my last post:
Submitted rotor housings for machining and sleeve insertion Assembled dual throttles I'm using two protege throttle bodies, one for each rotor. I know it seems complicated but everyone said that about putting a TII LIM on a 6 Port block. |
Will this thing run this year Colin?
For those in the area, come by Speedorama London this weekend. Got a little somethin, somethin. |
Well started last fall when my last engine took a dump.
Build a new motor, new turbo setup and new ems. Motor and turbo is in car . Still have lots to do and barely any time. pic of the motor http://img212.imageshack.us/img212/9858/dsc023158xc.jpg |

I keep working trying to get ahead but I don't know. I have debt to take care of before the RX7 hits the road again, but keep in mind I have all the parts I need to drive the car, less the engine hard/soft seal kit to put it back together. I'm not buying the seal kit before my bills are lifted. But I have everything else! So I guess squaring up my debt is technically progress on the car, but it's harder to gauge than just buying parts piece by piece to build a peripheral port. I like working on the car without spending money, but I can only go so far before I need the seals! |
I did F all this winter. Now my project is turning into a spring time rush job.
