I live over 8 hours from any certified place that can dyno tune the PFC so mine had to be done via the pretune. It sucked but I thought it would at least be better than stock maps.

WHOA!! All this talk about XS. Are we talking XS Engineering? If we are, let a **********er know, cause they tuned my PFC and I'll take it to M2 or somewhere for a re-tune.
Yes, we are talking about XS Engineering. If they actually tuned yours on the dyno you MIGHT be ok, I dont know. Thier tune by mail thing is huge BS. There have been tons of people pop motors over it. Thier tune by mail maps suck ***

Actually now that I look at your sig you could have just stuck with the stock PFC map.

Boosting when low on gas is stupidity. One time I let my gas get low because I was sick of having like 3 gallons left when the low gas light came on. I was jsut merging onto the highway with moderate acceleration and got a hesistation. Don't think I hurt anything, but I went straight to the gas station.
