How Hard Do You Think It Would Be To

From: S.w. Florida boring ass ft myers to be exact. where the old people come to die
fix the 5th gear synchro grind. the clutch would be a os giken twin plate clutch and flywheel. just curious if you think it would be super hard or if a dedicated rx7 man like myself 
with a couple of friends could do it ourselves.
